Fleetchart is made by Devinity Solutions in St. Petersburg, Florida. We kept meeting truck owners who knew what they grossed, but not which loads, trucks and brokers actually made them money. So we built the place that tells them.

The problem

Why it is different

Missing receipts make your numbers look better than they are.

Most money software for trucking has the same problem. It is only right if someone uploads every receipt, and nobody does. A dashboard missing a third of its costs doesn’t look broken. It looks profitable.

Fleetchart fills those gaps while you work. The rate con builds the load and stays with it. The invoice carries the POD. Your fuel card statement puts every swipe on the right truck. There is no extra bookkeeping, because the paperwork you already handle becomes the bookkeeping.

How we work

Four promises.

Your paperwork is the starting point
Every number starts from a document you already have. If we make you type something your rate con already says, we got it wrong.
No made-up numbers
We don't publish accuracy percentages or "hours saved" claims we can't back up. If we tell you a number about Fleetchart, we can show you where it came from.
You have the last word
Fleetchart shows you what it read before it saves anything, and your corrections stick. They are your books, not the computer's.
We'll tell you if it's not a fit
If Fleetchart isn't right for how you run, we would rather say so on the first call than three months in.

Any fleet size

One truck or a hundred.

The math is the same at any size. What changes is how much paperwork there is, and how many people need to see it. Fleetchart handles both.

One truck
You are the driver, the dispatcher and the bookkeeper. Fleetchart takes the bookkeeping off your plate and shows you which loads are worth taking.
A handful
Drivers get their own login and see their own loads and pay, never your money. You see profit per truck without chasing anyone for receipts.
A full fleet
Separate logins for dispatchers, office staff and drivers, each seeing only what they need. Every truck and every broker ranked across the whole fleet.
