fleetchart is operated by Devinity Solutions. This policy covers the fleetchart marketing site at fleetchart.ai and the fleetchart platform at portal.fleetchart.ai. Contact us at sales@fleetchart.ai about anything in it.

Three kinds of information, for three different reasons.

• Information you give us — name, email, phone, company, fleet size and anything you write in a demo request or support message.
• Operational data you put into the platform — uploaded documents such as rate confirmations and receipts, load records, expenses and the financial data derived from them.
• Technical data collected automatically — IP address, browser and device type, referring URL, pages viewed and time on page.

To answer your enquiry and arrange a demo; to provide the platform and produce the analytics, reports and tax summaries it exists to produce; to support your account; to keep the service secure; and to understand which parts of this site are useful so we can improve them.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell or share your operational data.

Documents you upload are processed automatically to extract their contents so the platform can build your financial records. Processing happens to deliver the service you asked for. Extracted data belongs to you and is visible and correctable in your account.

Only in these circumstances:

• Service providers who help us operate — hosting, storage, email delivery and analytics — bound by confidentiality obligations and permitted to use the data only to provide their service to us.
• Where the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety or property of fleetchart, our customers or others.
• A successor entity, if the business is ever sold or merged, subject to this policy.

This site uses cookies to keep the site working and to measure how it is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some functionality.

Data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Access within the platform is scoped by role, and each customer's records are isolated from every other customer's at the application layer. No system is perfectly secure, but we review our practices as threats change.

Enquiry details are kept for as long as we have a business relationship with you. Platform data is kept while your account is active and for a period afterwards so you can retrieve it. Analytics data is kept in aggregated or anonymised form. You can request deletion at any time.

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to a particular use. Write to sales@fleetchart.ai and we will respond. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights, including under US state privacy laws.

Reports and invoices export as PDF from the platform at any time without asking us, and you can request a full copy of your loads, expenses and documents whenever you want it.

This is a business service and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page, and for material changes we will tell account holders directly.
