Terms of service

By using fleetchart.ai or the fleetchart platform you agree to these terms. They form an agreement between you and Devinity Solutions, which operates fleetchart. If you do not agree to them, do not use the service.

fleetchart is offered in two forms:

• Self-service — a subscription to the platform, quoted against fleet size and document volume and billed monthly.
• Fully managed — freight dispatch services, with the platform included at no additional charge. A dispatch fee of 5% applies to loads we book on your behalf.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account, including accounts you create for drivers and dispatchers. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the service lawfully, and not to attempt to access systems, data or accounts you are not authorised to reach.

Documents, load records and financial data you put into fleetchart remain yours. You grant us the licence needed to process, store and display that data in order to provide the service — including automated extraction of information from documents you upload.

Reports and invoices export as PDF from the application, and a full copy of your loads, expenses and documents is available on request. We handle it as described in the privacy policy.

Automated document extraction is not perfect. Parsed data is presented for your review, and you are responsible for verifying the figures in your own records before relying on them.

fleetchart produces financial summaries from the figures you enter, and the calculators on this website produce estimates from figures you supply. Both are planning aids. They are not accounting, tax or legal advice, and they do not replace a qualified professional. Filings, payments and compliance obligations remain yours.

Where we provide dispatch, we act on your behalf as your agent in arranging freight. You remain the motor carrier of record and retain responsibility for your operating authority, insurance, safety compliance, equipment and drivers. We do not take possession of freight.

Dispatch fees apply as set out in your service agreement.

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Dispatch fees apply only to loads we book. Either party may end the arrangement as set out in your agreement with us; fees already incurred remain payable.

The fleetchart platform, its software, design, name and marks are the property of Devinity Solutions and are protected by applicable law. These terms grant you a right to use the service, not ownership of it.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, third-party outages and circumstances beyond our control may interrupt access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, fleetchart is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue or lost data.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless fleetchart, its operator, and their officers, employees and agents against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Before commencing formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to account holders, and the date at the top of this page will change. Questions go to sales@fleetchart.ai.
