How does the pricing work?
One flat price for your whole fleet, set by how many active trucks you run: $49.99/month for a single truck, $99.99 for 2–4 trucks, $149.99 for 5–10, $199.99 for 11–15 and $299.99 for 16 and up. Pay yearly instead and you get two months free — $499, $999, $1,499, $1,999 and $2,999. Every plan gets every feature; only the price changes with your truck count. No per-seat charges, no per-document charges.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, the full product, no card required. It's 30 days if you sign up with a partner code. Sign up, run your own loads through it and decide on your own numbers. When the trial ends your data stays viewable; upgrading just lets you keep working.
What happens when my fleet grows or shrinks?
You pick your plan by truck count when you subscribe, and that is what you pay. It never changes on its own. If you are on the 2–4 truck plan and add a fifth truck, the app stops and shows you the next plan and its price. You move up in a couple of taps, and you only pay the difference for the days left on your bill. Nothing is charged unless you choose it. If your fleet gets smaller, you can move down to any plan that still fits. The 16+ plan has no limit.
Are there setup fees or contracts?
No setup fee, no contract. Plans are billed monthly and you can stop any time; yearly plans simply run their term and are cheaper for it.
Do my drivers, dispatchers and office staff need their own seats?
No. Every plan includes separate logins for your drivers, dispatchers and office assistants — drivers see their own loads and pay, dispatchers book for the trucks they run, office staff handle paperwork without seeing your numbers. You pay for your trucks, not per person.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You take it with you. Reports and invoices export as PDF from the application, and a full copy of your loads, expenses and documents is available on request. The records are yours.
