Pay for the desk,
not the software.
Two ways to work. Both run on the same board, with the same analytics. The difference is who books the freight and who files the paperwork.
Self-service
You dispatch. We do the arithmetic.

Questions about the money.
- How is self-service pricing worked out?
- It is quoted against fleet size and how many documents you put through in a month, and billed monthly. Tell us how many trucks you run and roughly how many loads a month and we will give you a figure.
- Is the software genuinely free with the dispatch service?
- Yes. Every feature is included at no additional cost when we run your dispatch — cost per mile, expenses, invoicing, reports and document storage. We charge a 5% dispatch fee on the loads we book and nothing else.
- Why give the software away?
- Because the same team books your loads and files your paperwork, the financial record builds itself. That only works if you are actually on the platform, so charging separately for it would be working against ourselves.
- Are there setup fees or contracts?
- No setup fee. Self-service is billed monthly. The dispatch fee applies only to loads we book, so if we book nothing in a week you pay nothing for that week.
- Can I switch between the two?
- Yes, in either direction, and your data comes with you. Owners commonly start managed while they build lane knowledge and move to self-service later, or the reverse when they grow past the time they can spend on a load board.
- Do you offer a free trial?
- We run a demo with your own documents rather than handing over an empty account. Bring a week of rate confirmations and you will see your own numbers on the board before you decide anything.
- What happens to my data if I leave?
- You take it with you. Reports and invoices export as PDF from the application, and a full copy of your loads, expenses and documents is available on request. The records are yours.
