Questions

Straight answers.

How does the pricing work?

One flat price for your whole fleet, set by how many active trucks you run: $49.99/month for a single truck, $99.99 for 2–4 trucks, $149.99 for 5–10, $199.99 for 11–15 and $299.99 for 16 and up. Pay yearly instead and you get two months free — $499, $999, $1,499, $1,999 and $2,999. Every feature is on every plan; the bands only price fleet size. No per-seat charges, no per-document charges.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days, the full product, no card required. Sign up, run your own loads through it and decide on your own numbers. When the trial ends your data stays viewable; upgrading just lets you keep working.

What happens when my fleet grows or shrinks?

Your plan adjusts automatically to the band matching your active trucks. Nothing to renegotiate — add the fifth truck and the next month bills at the 5–10 band.

Is the software genuinely free with the dispatch service?

Yes. Every feature is included at no additional cost when we run your dispatch — cost per mile, expenses, invoicing, reports and document storage. We charge a 5% dispatch fee on the loads we book and nothing else.

Are there setup fees or contracts?

No setup fee, no contract. Plans are billed monthly and you can stop any time. The dispatch fee applies only to loads we book, so if we book nothing in a week you pay nothing for that week.

What does Enterprise cover?

Larger fleets and multi-entity operations that want fleetchart deployed across their existing systems — custom integrations with TMS, telematics, ELD, accounting and other operational software, plus KPIs, reporting and access mapped to how the business is structured. Priced per deployment; talk to us.

Can I switch between self-service and managed dispatch?

Yes, in either direction, and your data comes with you. Owners commonly start managed while they build lane knowledge and move to self-service later, or the reverse when they grow past the time they can spend on a load board.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You take it with you. Reports and invoices export as PDF from the application, and a full copy of your loads, expenses and documents is available on request. The records are yours.

See your own numbers on the board.

Sign up, run your own loads through it for two weeks, and decide on your own numbers. When the trial ends your data stays viewable either way.
